Clever AI Studio Agency Warning: Customer Accounts Could See My Content

Warning About Clever AI Studio’s Agency Accounts

I purchased the Agency plan for Clever AI Studio because I expected to create separate customer accounts that I could manage and eventually sell.

Before offering the service to anyone, I created a test account to see what a customer would experience. That test user was able to see content from my main account, including material I had created inside the platform.

There did not appear to be proper separation between the agency owner’s data and the customer account.

I contacted support because I assumed this had to be a permissions or account-isolation problem. Instead, I was told that this behavior was normal for the shared workspace.

That answer concerned me.

An agency account should not expose the owner’s private chats, images, videos, projects, or other content to customers. Separate users should have separate profiles and isolated data unless the service is clearly advertised as one collaborative workspace.

Anyone considering purchasing Clever AI Studio’s Agency plan should test this carefully before selling access.

Create a test account, log in as that user, and check exactly what information they can see. Until proper account separation is confirmed, I would not feel comfortable offering these accounts to customers.

This article reflects my personal testing and communication with support. Other accounts or future versions of the platform may behave differently.
